Description

Twelve delicate squash blossoms comprising turquoise needlepoint and petit point along with sterling silver rest along a double strand of sterling silver beads in this dainty Zuni squash blossom necklace.  A traditional naja is featured as the centerpiece of the necklace, its curves set with impossibly thin and small turquoise needlepoint stones.  Each of these stones along the naja is finished with an applique sterling dot on its outer tip, while a cluster of both needlepoint and petit point stones rests at the center top and bottom of the naja.  Each of the piece’s squash blossoms is set with a short three pronged sterling blossom at the bottom, and the necklace merges into a single strand of sterling silver beads halfway up the necklace.  Necklace is finished with a hook and eye closure.  Necklace measures 26″ from end to end and does not include naja length.  Naja measures 2″ long x 2″ wide.  Total necklace length is 28″.
