Description
A large, polished jar featured big and small etched dots is finished with a lid showcasing the same dots and a traditional kokopelli figurine in this unique piece from Mata Ortiz potter Mariano Quezada. The jar extends to a wide inflection and narrows at its base, covered in deeply etched dots. The round lid of the piece showcasing smaller variations of the dots along the body of the piece, finished with a tall, polished kokpelli figurine with its hunched back and flute. 10 1/2″ tall with lid x 8 1/2″ wide. 5 3/4″ tall without lid.
