Description
Thirteen small, oval pieces of lovely pink conch dot both naja and blossoms in this traditional, delicate Navajo squash blossom necklace. The crescent shaped naja of the piece, set at the bottom of the necklace’s double beaded strands, is set with five pink conch stones, each surrounded by a row of applique sterling dots on the longer sides, and finished with two applique sterling star patterns. Each blossom showcases a single pink conch stone, surrounded by silverwork mimicking the stones along the necklace’s naja, and finished with a three pronged sterling blossom. Double strand of Navajo pearls merges into a single strand about 3/4 of the way up the necklace. Necklace cannot be laid flat end to end for measurement due to naja positioning. Measures 11 1/2″ from top to bottom for an approximate end to end length of 23″. Necklace is finished with hook and eye closure.
