Handmade b Jemez potter Chrislyn Fragua, this gorgeous storyteller figurine features a standing butterfly woman and one butterfly child. The woman holds a basket in both hands, her mouth open, cheeks rosy, and hair pulled up into buns on each side of her head. The child, her hair mimicking that of her mother, holds two corn cobs in her hands, her wings smaller than her mother’s. The child’s wings are painted in buff and black, while the woman’s are painted additionally in red. 5 3/4″ tall x 3 3/4″ wide x 3″ deep.
