Description
Carved by Navajo artist Bertha Wood, known for her koshare figurines, this fun kachina showcases a frustrated golfer, with fun, creative details. The koshare stands atop a wooden base, painted green to resemble grass, one foot lifted up behind him. A golf ball rests on the green, the golfer appearing to swing one club down toward it, the mangled flagstick held in his opposite hand. Additional clubs are slung over his shoulder in a felt golf bag, while the koshare is painted in black and white details and adorned with additional felt accessories. 7 7/8″ tall x 6 1/8″ wide x 4 1/2″ deep.
