Description

A handmade, black jar showcases incredibly detailed etching depicting a dog, a cat, and a reoccurring geometric design in this impressive piece by Mata Ortiz potter Mariela Tena.  The rim of the jar is left entirely black, with two round panels creating the focal points along the piece’s body, one showcasing a detailed, etched dog and the other, a cat etched in just as much detail.  The remainder of the piece features a reoccurring triangular pattern.  4 7/8″ tall x 4″ wide.
