Triangular posts of red spiny oyster shell give way to dangling, diamond shaped turquoise pieces in these eye-catching earrings by Navajo silversmith Art Platero.  Each stone is set in a simple sterling silver bezel at both post and dangle, while the spiny oyster stones are surrounded by thin sterling rope patterns, and the turquoise stones, by a row of applique sterling dots.  Turquoise stones contain portions of brown and golden matrix running throughout.  1 1/2″ long x 7/8″ wide.
