Description

Fifteen turquoise discs graduating smaller up each side comprise the majority of this lovely, traditional necklace by Santo Domingo artists Joe and JoAnn Garcia.  The necklace is finished with thick turquoise heishi discs set one on top of the next, rather than overlapped and larger like those along the bottom 3/4 of the necklace, and all turquoise pieces contain portions of grey and brown matrix. 17 1/2″ from end to end.  Necklace is finished with a hook and eye clasp.
