Description

Handmade by Jemez potter Chrislyn Fragua, this fun storyteller figurine features a seated Santa and three children. Santa sits with his legs outstretched, a gift held in both hands at the front of his chest painted with a bow, Christmas tree, candy canes, and a stocking.  Two children sit on his lap, one holding a ball and the other, a candy cane, while another child is draped over one of Santa’s shoulders, holding a basketball.  Santa is painted in his customary red with buff and black accents, while the child over his shoulder is painted in brown, grey and black, and the children on his lap painted in black and grey and red and brown, respectively.  Each child, as well as Santa, features an open mouth and wide eyes.  6 1/2″ tall x 3″ wide x 4 1/2″ deep.
