Description
Three children flank a seated woman in this gorgeous, traditional storyteller figurine by Jemez potter Chrislyn Fragua. The woman sits with both legs outstretched, a skirt flowing around her legs and two children resting atop the skirt, with an additional child in between both hands. All figurines showcase open mouths and wide, expressive eyes, while one girl holds both hands to her mouth, another lays on her stomach reading, and the third holds a basket. The woman is adorned with a flower in her hair, next to the base of a twist running down one shoulder, while all three figurines are painted in combinations of red, buff, black, and grey. 5″ tall x 4″ wide x 5″ deep.
