Description
A lovely Pueblo scene is cut out of the body of a standing woman in this unique storyteller figurine by Jemez potter Felicia Fragua. The woman has large eyes and an open mouth, with one child’s head protruding from her side, also showcasing an open mouth, wide eyes and rosy cheeks. Both child and woman’s heads are partially covered by dotted shawls that are speckled red and white along the back, with the woman’s back also painted with hand, whirlwind and additional weather patterns. The Pueblo scene cut out along the front of the woman’s body is etched with fine lines and painted in brown details. 5 1/2″ tall x 3″ wide.
