Description
Beautifully and expertly etched with a large butterfly and various geometric patterns, this stunning seed pot was handmade by Jemez potter Dennis Daubs. Just below the piece’s very small, round opening, a large butterfly is etched, surrounded by geometric designs including rainbow bands, step patterns, triangles, and dots. The etching allows the buff color underneath the piece’s red exterior to show through, while the red exterior is polished to a high shine. 2″ tall x 3 1/2″ wide.
