Description

Handmade by Laguna potter Myron Sarracino, this impressive jar features various hand painted designs in black, white, red and orange.  The rim of the jar is left white, with two black bands painted below, leaving a band of white between them.  These, in turn, give way to reoccurring step patterns, some in rectangular panels and others swirling in circular panels.  The circular panels alternate higher, middle and lower, with the upper and lower panels showcasing a checkerboard pattern at the center, and the center panels, circles painted half red and half orange.  Interspersed among these designs are also triangular patterns in white, red and orange.  8 7/8″ tall x 9 1/2″ wide.
