Description
A traditional, deeply etched avanyu serpent winds its way around the body of this small, handmade jar by Santa Clara potter Stella Chavarria. A lightning pattern tongue protrudes from the avanyu’s mouth, while its wave pattern body extends around the remainder of the piece. The jar is finished with an expert stone polish. 3 5/8″ tall x 3 1/4″ wide.
