Description

This adorable frog by Zuni carver Kenric Laiwakete is made entirely of flourite.  The piece varies blue to green and is iridescent, making the color variation even more pronounced.  The frog’s eyes, mouth and heartline are inlaid with turquoise.  In many Native American cultures, the frog is a bringer of rain, fertility, abundance.  1 1/8″ tall x 1 7/8″ wide x 2 1/4″ deep.
