Description
Carved from beautiful off-white obsidian, this traditional Zuni fetish features two corn maidens back to back, attached on one side to an offering pot filled with small pieces of turquoise. Each maiden showcases etchings along their hair and bodies, as well as turquoise and coral accents and jet eyes. Corn maidens in many Native American cultures are considered bringers of life and representations of potential. 2 1/2″ tall x 2 1/4″ wide 1 7/8″ long.
