Description

Carved entirely from sea snail shell and featuring etched flowers dotted with coral, this lovely butterfly fetish was made by Zuni artist Cheryl Beyuka.  Lovely turquoise coloration covers nearly the entire surface of the butterfly, while the back of the piece is iridescent white.  In many Native American cultures, butterflies are considered transformers, with the ability to know or change the mind.  1/2″ tall x 1 1/2″ wide x 1 1/2″ long.
