Description
An adorable collie carved from howlite is depicted in this fun stone fetish by Zuni artist Felicia Martin. The stone is off-white in color and contains hints of black matrix, while the dog’s fur is delineated in carved lines. Its eyes are inlaid with turquoise and nose with jet, while a coral bow rests atop its head. In many Native American cultures, dogs are considered true friends and represent loyalty. 1 1/2″ tall x 3/4″ wide x 1 1/2″ deep.
