Description
Polished, tan-grey Picasso marble comprises the entirety of this fun eagle fetish by Zuni carver Travis Nieto. The eagle’s wings are pinned to its sides, etched with delicate fine lines, making them more life-like. The eagle’s tail feathers are bunched together and tilt downward, while the eagle stands upon a perch, its head extended forward and eyes inlaid with tiny turquoise pieces. In many Native American cultures the eagle represents great integrity and a soaring spirit, and a teacher. 1 3/4″ tall x 3/4″ wide x 3 5/8″ long.
